COVID-19 Camping Update

Hello lovely people

A quick update from us to say that due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, we will not be opening for camping in May and June. We are working so hard to open up our beautiful farm from July onward and we already can’t wait to see you all out enjoying yourselves.

As well as opening at weekends, we are so excited to be able to offer 3 night mid week stays. All camping is available to book online via the tabs at the top of our homepage or by using the buttons below.

This time has been such a worry for us, as it has been for so many other smaller run family businesses. Camping and events now make up around 65-7-% of our income and we were working so hard to give our farm the bright future that it deserves. We are so determined to keep on going and we really hope that you will join us on our journey by booking a stay here with us.

We can’t thank you enough for your understanding and your ongoing support towards our family and farm

The more relaxed field

Little Owl Field

Little Owl Field is named after the little owls that live at the bottom part of the farm.

It has 35 pitches and is a beautiful space surrounded by grass and trees. It is perfect for anyone who is looking for a more relaxed feel but ideal for groups of families and friends who want to get away together.

Little Owl Field is more of an open space in comparison to our other two fields. Areas will be allocated prior to your arrival and will be clearly displayed on our notice board when you arrive, which means that you can make sure you are setting up in the right spot. You can then create your own area and enjoy your own set up, still with plenty of space around you which will ensure your privacy. There will be fire pits dotted around for you to use. Whether you use them to cook your fresh eggs in the morning, toast your marshmallows at night or just use it to keep warm with your family as the sun goes down- you just can’t beat it.

All of our camping fields are completely car free. Campers use our unloading area to pile their bits and bobs into one of our wheelbarrows before taking it over to their pitch. This makes our camping fields safe for kids (and adults) to run until their heart is content. It also keeps the fields looking beautiful.

We have covered space in the form of one of old chicken sheds, so that you can shelter from the rain (or sun) with your family and friends. It is equipped with tables and chairs for you to use.
We have built a beautiful, toilet and shower block with washing up facilities and a small fridge in our old stable block for you to use during your stay.
