Site Description
Wild Meadows Weekend is an outdoor event that takes place at The Macs Farm. The majority of the ground is flat. There are gravel roads around some parts of the farm and firm dirt tracks through parts of the woodland, but much of the event is accessible only over grass or through woodland. Mobility problems are posed on grass areas, particularly in bad weather conditions. If it rains it may get muddy and access around the site (other than on paths) may be very difficult. The majority of the Wild Meadows Weekend will take place in our Nest Box Field. This is flat field with access via a grass path.

Accessible Parking
For the safety of everyone, we do not allow cars in our camping fields. We reserve the section of the car park closest to the entrance tent for blue badge holders. Once you have booked your car parking ticket, please send us an email at [email protected] to reserve your parking spot. Please note, these spaces are still within the main car park and simply mean the distance between your car and the campsites is reduced by a few hundred metres.

Toilets and Shower Facilities
There are ample toilets situated around the farm, with accessible toilets showers at both the Barn Owl Field Site and Nest Box field. There are dedicated hand wash and drinking water points located next to each toilet block.

Free Personal Assistant / Carers Pass
We will be offering one free ticket for any customers that require assistance from a carer or personal assistant. You will be eligible for a free carer ticket if you entitled to Disability Living Allowance (no specific date required), are in receipt of Personal Independence Payments, have a registered assistance dog or are registered severely sight impaired.

If you would like to take advantage of a free carer / assistant ticket, please book your own tickets in the normal way via our booking page and then contact us at [email protected]. You will need your booking number, proof of DLA or that you are registered severely sight impaired, plus the name and contact details of your carer.

We do not offer any internal transport due to the limitations of moving around the site.

If you would like to bring an Assistance Dog to the festival, of course you are welcome to do so.
